How Our Internship Model Works

Our Internship Model follows a Learn–Apply–Grow framework to ensure students are not just certified but also job-ready with relevant project experience.

Phase 1: Foundation Training
  • Core modules like SEO, Google Ads, Social Media, Content, and Analytics

  • Tool training (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Canva, ChatGPT, etc.)

  • Live class projects, quizzes, and assignments

  • Resume building begins here

Phase 2: In-House Internship (1–2 Months)
  • Students are assigned to live digital campaigns for local brands/startups

  • Tasks include keyword research, campaign setup, content creation, audits, and reporting

  • Mentored by NSDM trainers & industry professionals

  • Daily progress reviews & weekly evaluations

  • Experience certificate provided by NSDM

Phase 3: Client/Agency Internships
  • Shortlisting for external internship opportunities via our placement team

  • Work with real clients or agencies on SEO, ads, and content

  • Networking, reporting, client interaction, and timeline-based execution

  • Earn client recommendations and real project credits
